Associate
Jennifer Wagster joined Sheuerman Martini, Tabari, Zenere & Garvin as an associate attorney in 2018. She has worked in the field of Medical Malpractice since 2002. A native of the Bay Area, she attended San Jose State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1994 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics. She attended the Santa Clara University School of Law, obtaining her J.D. in 1998, and received a Public Interest Certificate at Santa Clara. She was admitted to the State Bar of California and the United States District Court, Northern District of California in December of 1998.
Prior to her admission to the State Bar, she worked as a Certified Law Student at Santa Clara University’s Community Law Center, representing clients in employment law matters, and as a paralegal at Pederson & McCaughey, house counsel for Farmer’s Insurance. After admission to the Bar, Ms. Wagster worked at Diane Ritchie and Associates, an employment law firm, and for the Pro Bono Project, representing clients in family law matters and defending clients in child paternity and support cases. In 1999, Ms. Wagster became an associate attorney at Hoover and Bechtel, LLP, practicing Family Law, from 1999 to 2002.
Ms. Wagster’s law practice is dedicated to the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical providers in malpractice lawsuits.
